Complete the client’s strategic plan and recommendations:

Draft your Executive Summary in Live Plan®:

1. Click on the “Plan” tab at the top of the screen.

2. Locate the “Executive Summary” section on the left side of the screen.

3. Click the arrow next to “Executive Summary.”

4. Find “Who We Are,” “What We Sell,” “Who We Sell To”, and

“Financial Summary” links.

5. Click each of the links and then the “Get started on writing this item” for each on the right side of the screen.

6. Input your business team, business model, market penetration plan, and financial summary.

7. Locate the “Milestones” link under Strategy and Implementation on the left side of your screen.

8. Add your Executive Summary to your Milestones.
