roles (e.g. the DHS, the FS-ISAC), as well as describing the major public and private partnerships. Identify
various hazards and risks faced by the sector, including specifically how parties in this sector are dependent
on other sectors and in what way. Describe the resources available to organizations in this sector, and how
these resources have come about to promote resiliency. Finally, describe the current direction and future
goals for improving resilience in this sector, including proposals that have been made, or your own informed
opinions. Use this approach to decide how best to structure your paper or make the case for your thesis
statement (e.g. “Resilience in the financial sector has (increased | decreased) in the last decade for many
reasons.”) Choose a paper title that fits the topic and thesis (e.g. “Factors Affecting Resilience in the Financial
Sector”).
