With reference to business and using cases analyse the approach taken by the courts in determining the acceptance of an offer by post with more modern instantaneous methods of communication.

The module for this essay is legal aspects of business law. The course that I am taking is Business management – law.

The essay has to be completed within the 1000 word count. This includes the references as well. I will attach the briefing paper which has the question and it has the details of the essay.

Along with the briefing paper i am also including three main documents which is to be used as a reference. The lecturer has provided these three documents for us to use within our essay so please ensure that the three documents/references are used throughout.

The essay focuses on the contract law as you will see into the documents.
