Olivia is a coworker in the medical practice you are employed. When she was first hired you really liked her, however, you are growing tired of the many stories she constantly tells everyone about all of the personal problems she is having. Her life always seems to be filled with turmoil and drama and she feels the need to share every detail with you. You now find yourself trying to avoid her as much as possible, although this is challenging since it is a small practice.
You realize that you are beginning to resent working with Olivia and it is affecting your positive attitude and job satisfaction.
