If we can understand similarities and differences between the generations, this can be fundamentalin building successful multi-generation workplaces (McNichols, 2010).

What are the similarities and differences of Thai government officers among three generations in relation to knowledge management and what is the better way to share knowledge in organizations?

3. Aims and Objectives
This study aims to understand views of Thai government officers from three generations (Baby Boomer, Generation X, and Generation Y) regarding toknowledge management, in order to increase the success of knowledge sharing in organizations.

The main objectives of the study can be seen as follow:
1. To find out the similarities and differences of Thai government officers among 3 generations (Baby Boomer, Generation X, and Generation Y) in relation to knowledge management; and
2. To suggest the betterway to share knowledge in the organizations

The main literature review can be classified into 3 main topics; knowledge management, knowledge sharing process, and generational differences in the workplace.
