HR Law Research Paper: Your paper should achieve the following: I. Briefly introduce the law and any amendments; II. Highlight the background and current
implementation of the law; III. Present your research and critical analysis of the law’s original intent; IV. Analyze and discuss implementation issues, such as
organizational or societal challenges; V. Explain how your chosen law affects today’s global organizations and HR; and V1. Discuss your opinion of the law and how it
would be implemented if managers were applying today’s Christian principles. Remember do not focus on telling me the definition of the law. Instead focus becoming
familiar with and communicating the genesis and current implementation of the law, including your analysis of how the law affects employees, human resource
professionals and the organization on a day-to-day basis. Use a 12-point font, 5-space indented paragraph, 1- inch margins and double spacing between lines and
paragraphs. No double-double spacing. The paper will include a minimum of five references. Your paper may include both primary and secondary research. Primary research
information is obtained through observation, interview or questionnaire, collected by you personally. Secondary research is defined as information gained from
published works, such as the textbook, or written information in reports or articles. Be sure to give credit for both primary and secondary information, in compliance
