Most sponsors of hedge funds rely on Regulation D under the Securities Act of 1933 to privately offer their securities in a manner that is exempt from registration. Summarize the requirements of Regulation D as they relate to most hedge funds. Please don’t simply recite the rules. Rather you should summarize the rules in reasonable detail to demonstrate your knowledge of the rules and their application to hedge funds. Also, during the past few years, the SEC has adopted changes to Regulation D. You should summarize the changes and provide your thoughts on whether these changes are effective.

Select a sequence from Pan’s Labyrinth, and do a mini-sequence analysis of the first 6-8 shots of your chosen sequence.  You will most likely not exhaust any given sequence.  What is of interest to me in this essay is your ability to identify the BEGINNING of a sequence, and then to start an analysis of the formal qualities.  You will also need to suggest, very briefly, given the limited scope of this assignment, the significance of your chosen shots.
You will need to watch your selection several times.  Should you choose to do so via YouTube (assuming this film is available on YouTube) you must make sure that the YouTube clip contains your selection UNEDITED!!!!
