Order Description
The purpose of this Research Project is to provide the opportunity for you to further develop your research skills which the case study papers have helped you prepare, further develop your critical
thinking skills, further develop your writing effectiveness related to healthcare economics, and demonstrate your conceptual understanding of healthcare economic theory and its application to the
healthcare industry. There are three parts to this research project.

1. The topic of the research project is: Summarize the economic relationship of the diverse parties that influence healthcare economics and their effect on the strategic and operational management
of healthcare organizations. Then apply that foundational information to answer the question, How would I solve the issue of professional manpower shortages and what would be the economic effect on
the healthcare system with this solution?

2. The paper will use a mixture of course reading, professional association Web-based materials, and professional or peer-reviewed journal articles written in the last five years. A minimum of
three sources other than the text and real world application is required for the final paper.
3. Prepare a minimum of a 1750-word, APA formatted paper, excluding the title page, abstract, and references of which all three are required. Appendices may also be used, but do not count toward
the minimum word count. Please note that the minimum word count is simply a minimum and you will most likely exceed that in order to effectively address the objectives. This paper is a formal
paper, so formal writing style and conventions are expected. Be sure to attend to the subject matter in a complete and substantive manner with expert support for your findings, and review the
grading rubric carefully before completing this assignment.
