Write a 1,250-1,500-word essay in which you evaluate the distinct character and quality of each of the expressions of the Protestant Reformation (Lutheran, Reformed, Anabaptist, English, and Puritan), as well as the Catholic Reformation (Counter-Reformation).
In addition, discuss how the church historically moved from Christendom to denominations.
Compare and contrast the differences in the Christian worldviews of various Protestant and Catholic expressions during the Reformation and those of key Protestant and Catholic Christian expressions today. What were the key differences between these expressions at the time of the Reformation and what are they today? Further, what are the key beliefs that Protestant and Catholic Christians hold in common today as part of a shared Christian Worldview?
