the essay has been separated into 2 parts, I have done part one I just need you to do part 2. the 3 that need discussing what I have chosen is revalidation, preceptership and clinical supervison so 500 words each on this saying what it is, why its in place for newly qualified nurses and why it is important for your development of newly qualified nurses.
