There are a number of leadership theories, some that focus on the relationship between leaders and followers and others that focus on specific traits, skills, and abilities related to effective leadership. For this Discussion, you will explore similarities and differences among three of the most well-known leadership theories: contingency, path-goal, and leader-member exchange.
