Identify both a partnering criminal justice agency and a programming focus of interest. Examples of agencies with which to partner include police departments, sheriff departments (for both law
enforcement and community corrections initiatives), state or county level probation/parole office, juvenile justice agencies, and victimization services. Your 5-6 page (double-space, Times Roman
font size 12) paper must present an evaluation plan but need not have citations.

1. Identify a justice system-related programming initiative that will be the basis of a RPP. Make sure the plan features EBPs as indicated by grants.gov.;
2. Present a process evaluation design capable of demonstrating program fidelity incorporating major program fidelity “domains”; and
3. Present an outcome evaluation design capable of indicating program effectiveness.
