(Instead) USE the Reports for 2013-14, 2012-13, 2011-12, etc. on the Other Tabs on that Webpage.

Generally (for this Coursework) you can Forget about ‘Half year announcements’ or ‘Interim Management Statements’ for ANY year.

4. NEXT Company Reports:

http://www.nextplc.co.uk/investors/reports-and-results/2013.aspx

Note:

DO NOT USE Either of the 2014-15 ‘Trading Statements’, or Either of the ‘Interim Management Statements’ or the ‘Half year Results’ on that Webpage.

(Instead) USE the Reports for 2013-14, 2012-13, 2011-12, or ‘Archive’ on the Other Tabs on that Webpage.

Generally (for this Coursework) you can Forget about ‘Half year Results’, or ‘Interim Management Statements’ or possibly also (Next’s) ‘Trading Statements’ (too) for ANY year.

5. Debenhams Company Reports:

http://www.debenhamsplc.com/

THEN Click on ‘Reports and Financials’

‘Reports and Financials’ for 2014 will then come up

You can THEN Click on ‘2013’ and ‘2012’ as you need them.

OR You can Click on ‘Annual Reports’ (from ‘Reports and Financials’) and a List of Reports for 2014, 2013, 2012, etc. (as PDFs) will come up.

NOTE: You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader software to read the PDFs. Adobe Acrobat Reader software is FREE to download from the Web.

Note:

DO NOT USE the ‘Interim Management Statement’ or the ‘Half year Results’ on the ‘Reports and Financials’ (for 2014) Webpage.

You can THEN Click on the ‘Annual Report’ for each year as you need them.

NOTE: You may well also need Adobe Acrobat Reader software to read the Reports for M&S which are also PDFs (but which with M&S Reports they load [instead] into a Internet Webpage). Adobe Acrobat Reader software however if needed is (as above) FREE to download from the Web.

Note:

DO NOT use the M&S ‘Half year Results’, their ‘Trading Statements’ or their ‘Plan a Report’ or ‘Multi-Channel Investor Events’ or ‘International Investor Events’ or (likely not) their ‘Governance Events’, and (likely not) their ‘Strategic Reports’ or even possibly not even their ‘Full Year’s Results’ on their M&S ‘Reports, Results and Presentations’ Webpages (and for ANY year.)

(Instead) just USE the M&S ‘Annual Reports’ for 2014, 2013, 2012, etc. on the ‘Link Tabs’ on that Webpage.
