• 10.21 Persuasive Organizational Message Flowing Upward:  Tipping Not Optional
•  10.22 Persuasive Organizational Message Flowing Downward:  Saving Cash on Shipping.

Include all of the relevant details from the exercise description in your argument.  Do all of the things mentioned in the “Your task” section.  Anticipate and address all of the needs you know or can easily infer about your audience.

Deliverable:  Write about a page.  To earn maximum points:

1.Use as much of the advice offered in Chapter 10 and from class as appropriate for the challenge at hand.  Particularly, ensure that you use the AIDA (p. 334) approach to successful persuasive messages taught in your chapter.

5. You are writing your words in a word processor document.  Make the document look as much as possible like the format of what you’re writing (i.e., email memo, letter, etc.).
