You have the opportunity to get feedback and show case your research. This is optional. You only need to hand in PPT about 20 slides along with notes. This is an individual assignment). Final Project Develop a paper and presentation proposing an organization development initiative at an organization with which you are familiar. This proposal should be grounded in current and historical literature on organization development theory and practice. It should reflect critical analysis of the existing situation and potential strategies for improvement. It should demonstrate the ability to synthesize and apply organization development theory to future development. The project should include the use of model(s) and the change model steps for managing change, assessment, implementation/intervention and evaluation appropriate to the context. The presentation should include a pro forma budget for the project. SLOs 1-5

1. Analyze organization life cycles through systems theory.
2. Apply and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational interventions
3. Evaluate the role of power within the formal and informal political structures of an organization.

5. Evaluate models of resource management and economic forecasting for effective fiscal planning.
