Paper, Order, or Assignment Requirements

• Describe the issue fully, being sure to reference the different perspectives and considerations introduced by Sandel in Chapter 7. As you describe the issue, also be clear about what is known (fact) about the issue, and what is opinion. As you consider the issue in all its facets, think about the specific aspect, or controversy that you’d like to address (In other words, what for you is the most fundamental difference of opinion or perspective on the issue).
  •Clearly articulate the aspect of the issue you want to focus on, and why it is important.
  •Use the ideas introduced in the course (justice, equality, rights), along with your own perspective and experiences, to advance and support your preferred resolution of the controversy that you have identified.
