Referencing Style: Australian Guide for legal Citation
(Do not reference Books, and when repeating case reference use “IBID”, When using reference used in first page, use “Above. n1” )
Font: Times New Roman font – no smaller than 12 point in size.
Pages: Numbered in top or bottom margin. Spacing: 1.5 line spacing and appropriate paragraph spacing.
Margins: At least 2.5 cm top, left, right & bottom.
The document MUST BE CHECKED for SPELLING AND GRAMMAR before submission.

TIPS on gaining marks on Memorandum-> .

Know who the clients is (Professionally), and write in a way the clients understands. Write as if a 12 yrs old can understand. Avoid Legalese , Legal Terms. Active voice instead of Passive Voice. Short Sentences, one thought in one sentence. Precise & Concise Give Opinions -> Give Authorities & Case.
