in the following paragraphs, Present and give a brief overview of your experimental setup using your PFD schematic indicating as you do the various variables. State that you operated under PID feedback control tuning the control parameters to set-point changes to arrive at a tuned controller. State that previous open-loop reports (reference these, but the actual discussion of the reports will go in the Modeling Section) were used to choose a potential system model and parameters for feed-back control simulations using Matlab and Simulink. These simulations, as well as the construction of a linear transfer function model, were used to simulate and validate the models against experimental results obtained to compare the tuned experimental control parameters with the model simulation control parameters.
