proposal needs to be well structured, well researched and well written. At present there are problems with the structure, research and most of all the writing.

There are several grammatical mistakes in the proposal.
Also, your paragraphs need a topic sentence and a summary sentence and the content of each paragraph should only treat a single argument.

In your proposal you need to use the following structure:
Introduction, this is where you introduce the reader to the general problem and you state why money, effort and time should be spent on this research project. I.e.
explain why it is important.

Then you need a literature review.
Here you present key literature that shows what has been done in the field to demonstrate that you are addressing a genuine gap in the body of knowledge.

Then you need a methodology section. This is where you present and contextualise your research questions and then you need to show how you use research instruments to
gather data and also how you analyse the data to answer your research questions.

The research proposal then presents a timeline with dates.

The proposal concludes with a references section.

You do not need to include a personal statement.
