your company, you will explore the possibility of setting up a new supply chain. You are to explore the feasibility of a supply chain by executing the following:

Select a business.
Select a foreign country.
Conduct a general business/logistics assessment of your country to determine imports, exports, transportation options, workforce, government stability, etc.
Identify major logistics and supply chain management issues associated with setting up a wholly owned subsidiary in your country.
Provide your recommendation as to what is the best city to establish a manufacturing and supply chain operation to meet the long-term goals of the company.
Prepare a high level logistics and supply chain management plan to support the location you recommended. (See Supply Chain Management Guidelines below)
To complete this assignment, you will need to balance external research with your creative solutions. All information to write this plan will not be available on line
or in articles, so you will need to make educated guesses on how you would set up warehouses or structure exports in your selected city/country. Excellent reports will
use references from successful processes and then implement them into their supply chain plan showing that the country’s infrastructure could support the process.
