The report is one where we are supposed to identify a problem and propose said solutions/answers to that

problem. I’ve attached an example of what the report should look like. Were supposed to be working with a

doctors office called Green Valley OB/GYN. Also minimum requirements are 4 pages not including front/back

matter.

Purpose: Your aim is to produce a recommendation report that provides a general business reader with

minimum background knowledge on your topic an answer to the question guiding your topic. You can address

the report to your instructor or make up contact information on cover and letter of transmittal, but do not

devote unnecessary space to making up fake client background information.

Reader: Imagine your primary readers are general business readers who are non-experts on your topic. The

topics are fairly basic and thus assume your readers know very little of your subject. General readers are

skeptical and will want evidence to support any claims or recommendations you make. Your instructor will be

acting as a secondary reader evaluating how well you write a recommendation report to the primary general

summary, list of figures, body (introduction, background, recommendations, methodology, findings,

conclusion), and back matter (bibliography)

Visuals: Include at least 2 original visuals. Make sure each visual has a label, caption, and is referenced and

Format: The visual page layout (text column margins, line spacing, levels of headings, headers and footers) of
