Prepare a typed 3-4-page paper describing a current management problem or crisis that needs immediate resolution. Describe your approach to solving the problem or ending the crisis. Explain why your approach would work effectively. PS- It have to be something in healthcare. (Example: You work for a hospital and the nurse manager have favoritism to another employee.) Just an example.

• Create a framework (e.g., visual, flow chart, mind map, figure) representing the salient aspects of adult education. •    Include adult education philosophies, social aspects, trends, characteristics, legal and ethical concerns, traditional learning theories, andragogy, self-directed learning, and transformative learning criteria into your framework.  •    References can be comprised of chapters and articles provided in this course or relevant scholarly literature acquired in other BELCD courses. •    In addition, please submit a three-page written summary (excluding references) detailing the following: a rationale and written description of the framework; how does the framework align with your personal philosophy of adult education; and how can this framework be effectively implemented into a community setting of your choice.
