Considering the models studied this week, analyses will be conducted into the position of a specific company within an industry. Choose a company and conduct a Porter’s Five Forces analysis. Choose one of the three other models discussed (PESTEL, SCP, strategic group) and conduct that analysis as well. Compare and contrast the results and implications of each analysis.
