We can work on Wonder Woman & Feminism

Write a double-spaced, Times New Roman, 10 page research paper in MLA format about Wonder Woman and her effects on feminism. My professor will most likely be looking for examples from Jill Lepore’s book “The Secret History of Wonder Woman”, from comic-books including Wonder Woman (preferably early editions created by William Moulton Marston) and from mainly books/non-website material or very reliable websites (not .com). For the structure of the paper: introduction & thesis statement; a brief history of Wonder Woman and who she is. Body paragraph; Wonder Woman’s contradicting representation in the media as both a strong, independent feminist figure while also being a male-created non-feminist figure. Body paragraph; the impact of Wonder Woman’s empowerment on women and girls and the concept of empowerment in general. Body paragraph; Wonder Woman’s effect on breaking negative stereotypes around women, like being incapable leaders, independent, etc. Body paragraph; Wonder Woman’s cultural significance all together, impact on feminism movements and rights, plus her relevance to this day for feminists. Conclusion; summary of everything discussed and a final thought on the impact of Wonder Woman on feminism and the continued importance of female representation in the media. This structure is highly recommended but not required, please go crazy. My professor is extremely strict and a dictator so please provide a proper single-spaced citations page. Final note: this is for an art history class about the history of comic-books.
