the dorms that documents the increase of college age students who are
over weight; and I am sure that most of you have heard about the
Freshman 15 (the tendency for incoming students to gain ~15lbs during
the first year of college). With this in mind, please

4. In my experience, 8 hours or more of
sleep is one of those behaviors many people see as a luxury and not a
necessity. Most of us, at one time or another, have decreased the number
of hours spent sleeping in order to spend more time on other activities
(e.g., studying for a test or working). We all need some sleep for
optimal performance and health. I need about 6 hours a night, and
maybe 30 minutes of nap/meditation time during the day. So how much
sleep do you need?
