analyse the structure of these claims:
  9. Ann: Thomas Jefferson was right: “All men (that is to say, all people) are
created equal.” No one has a right to any privileges by virtue of race, religion,
or social status. We all have an equal right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of
    happiness.
Bill: I disagree: people are not created equal. They differ in their physical

10.We are all selfish, in the sense that we care enormously about ourselves and our
futures; and we put great value on our lives, our achievements, and our
happiness. Nor can we help caring about ourselves like this. It’s just human
nature. So when I refuse to help you with your homework, or won’t let you
borrow my car, or won’t lend you money, you shouldn’t give me a hard time
about being selfish. I am being selfish, but it’s nothing special and it’s not my
fault. It is just human nature.
You must answer the following question in the form of an argumentative
essay. Your answer is expected to be between 500 and 800 words.
    The Essay Topic:
11.“If a citizen votes for a politician, then they are responsible for that politician’s
decisions in office.” Argue either for or against.
