The influence of Human Resource Management (HRM) on Job Embeddedness and Turnover Intention: A Case Study of Construction Industry in Saudi Arabia

1-the writer should has a good experience to run a new data analysis by using SPSS 24. 
to check and edit my research chapter, the writer should decide which data process he going to follow based on the nature of research objectives and hypotheses. He will use my current chapter as guidance. 
1-the writing quality need to be improved (merit slandered) 
2-the writer should run and check the data analysis process according to his knowledge and experience.
3-every step of data analysis should be justified and each method should be explained.
4-some tables and figures are copied and pasted from the spss output results so the writer should be redesigned them and report the data correctly. Also, the tables and figures should include the important statistics numbers and the writer should remove unrelated tables.
5-merite writing standers is required to writer and check my data analysis chapter.
