You are to read the case of Cameron v Nwankwo [2022] CSOH 7, 21 Jan 2022 analysing the application of the relevant law to a given problem scenario, and
the ability to communicate effectively. You must answer through understanding gained through lectures and tutorials, and their own research of primary and
secondary sources (academic books and journal articles rather than websites).
The case review should include the following, and will be marked accordingly:-
a) A discussion of the factual background to the case and dispute (3 marks)
b) An analysis of the relevant legal rules and case-law in the area (8 marks)
c) A discussion of the application of those rules to the particular dispute (10 marks)
d) A critical analysis of the purpose and application of the legal rules in this area of delict (4 marks)
write an answer in no more than 1,000 words, the maximum word count includes all text in any submission.
Ensure that the paper answers the question asked as fully, clearly and directly as possible.
