Please add to it and I would like you to locate 3 other sources that help you locate Gay’s experiences (with sexual trauma, racism, and/or obesity/body discrimination or the intersection of these) within systematically oppressive structures. You might find a scholarly article, a report from a non-profit organization, statistical analyses, another memoir account, etc. Really be conscious about what questions you have that would contribute to your own learning. For example, you might ask: how are black women “seen” within medical institutions or legal institutions after suffering sexual assault?

Please write up an annotated bibliography of these three sources that a) provides the APA citation of the source; b) articulates the question you had when reading Gay’s memoir that prompted you to research this source; c) summarizes the source at the insights you gained from it.
