This has allowed me to move from simply providing definitions to facilitating complex problem-solving and synthesizing information across multiple specialties.

My “Nurse as Leader” aspect has evolved by enhancing my ability to offer more strategic and systems-level insights. Previously, I might have provided information on direct patient care.
