The 2000 word report should investigate how an existing urban environmental strategy can be implemented in the most effective way possible. Thus, the focus of this report is on identifying a process which addresses the ‘how’ of strategy implementation with a particular emphasis on overcoming potential implementation barriers. • The presentation of a process towards implementation with key steps and milestones.
• The identification of opportunities to test and demonstrate key aspects of the proposed interventions.
• The identification of further opportunities for accelerating the implementation of the chosen strategies and for scaling-up the related environmental transition efforts.
