Can you help me understand this Political Science question?

I have this posted so you can think about the assignment. I will post what was submitted to the professor but I am Waiting on the professor to Grade my assignment 2 which it should be graded by today. When so I will post right away so you can make the corrections to his standard as in comments.

ok, you have your research proposal and you have completed the introduction and the literature review and received feedback.

Here is what I want you to do for this assignment:

1) Make any updates based on my comments back to you from Assignment 2. (easy)

2) Go ahead and fix up your title page. Your research question usually makes a great title.

3) Complete the Research Design paragraph. For this you can simply COPY your key statements paragraph from your introduction! Add one sentence that explains why your research is the kind it is. If you are doing correlational research, it would be something like this: This is correlational research because…. (easy)

4) Develop your survey and add to Appendix 1. Don’t forget the preamble material! (medium)

5) Complete the Measurement subsection, all of it. (a little hard – you have to think about it)

Make the draft look nice, use complete sentences, tell me a story of your research measurement!
