A.) Calculate the amount of cap material needed for the 348 acres (140.8 hectares). See details in Restoration_I_7.PDF class material. Calculate the amounts (in m3) of loess, sand, and clay needed separately. Calculate the price you would need to pay if the price for loess is $5/m3, sand $5/m3, clay $3/m3.

B.) By using the seed calculator, calculate the amount of seeds for the below-listed species if they are required to have the following percentage in the mix. Also, look up the price of your mix on the internet. See details in Restoration_I_7.PDF class material.

Lolium perenne 20%

Festuca rubra 30%

Dactylis glomerata 20%

Festuca ovina 20%

Bromus inermis 20%

Lotus corniculatus 5%

Trifolium repens 5%
