Michael Schumacher, the former German Formula One Champion suffered a severe head injury in a ski crash in France Alps in December 2013. Although Schumacher’s recovery process has been slow and this has cost the family a lot of money for the medical bill, he came out of a six month medically induced coma in June, 2015. It has been reported that his wife, Corinna, has sold most of the family assets such as the private jet among others (Gover, 2015).
