There are several terminologies that are used in the medical field by healthcare practitioners that form an important part of the communication skills. Examples of terminologies that can be applied in mental health facility include anxiety, behavioral therapy, the Care Programme Approach (CPA), early intervention, evidence-based treatment, mental wellbeing, dementia and behavioral problems among others. These terms helps in enhancing the understanding of the terminologies of mental health among healthcare practitioners (Sellman, 2017).
