I’m working on a psychology case study and need support to help me understand better.

Mr. David is 25 y/o who came to Hope Hospital for mental health assessment due Baker Act by LEO. According to BA: “David was walking in the middle of the road with his hand in the air”, David stated that he was praying to God”. He is unable to hold a conversation and make good decision. During the interview, he mentioned: “I have visual and auditory hallucination”, “I am homeless, and my family don’t support me”, “I have church support”, “sometimes, I feel that my ex-wife follows me, and she want to hurt me”, “When I see her shadow, I run into the wood and pray”. Mr. David reported Hx of Sx since he was 24 y/o. He reported Hx of legal problems, when he was 18 y/o. Denied drug use at the time of the interview, and denied S/I, H/I. Mr. David was observed with poor hygiene, restless, hypervigilant, concrete answers.
