Examine one of the most important aspects of the nonprofit: revenue sources. In the role of consultant, prepare a presentation for a specific nonprofit client where you research and present on the various current and potential revenue sources for your particular client based on its current external environment conditions. Your presentation should: detail the external environment conditions for senior management, include your revenue source analysis, and provide recommendations. Employ and include a comparison analysis between your client and other similar nonprofits based on size (# of employees and annual operating budget), scope of mission, and industry (i.e. education, social services, animal welfare, etc.) before developing your recommendations.
