Ethical Leadership Perspective

. Write a one to two-page leadership ethical perspective. This should be a revision of your ethical perspective from a previous course, or you may construct a new ethical leadership perspective. Your ethical perspective should summarize your ethical views from a leadership perspective. You should state the overall ethical perspective that you generally follow, if you are more teleological or deontological, and how these constructs fit your overall leadership style. To facilitate writing this ethical leadership perspective, imagine that you are going away for at least a month from your present or future organization and will not be able to communicate with them. You want to leave them with guidance on how they should treat each other in your absence – in essence, you would treat them if you were present.
