 Focusing on pages 345-346 in your text, draft a proposal for your choice of a future model of high quality, safe healthcare delivery. Include quality measures, payment systems, providers, and major benefits and barriers. Discuss ways to “level the playing field” to provide healthcare access to all. You might want to incorporate the ethical (ANA Code of Ethics) concepts of beneficence, non-maleficence, and justice.
