Discipline issues were demonstrated at home and failure to follow his mother’s rules. Aidan played with violent video games encouraging shootings. Aidan always wore a coat in school and was withdrawn from others.He was bullied and teased by others and no indication of students or teachers reporting incidents to address the issues. Educators can play an important role in ensuring that students are not bullied in schools and that schools not only do not permit bullying, but also empower other students to let adults in the school know if students are being bullied (Fein et al., 2013). Adian’s violent drawings should’ve been reported by his parent as well as the teacher. Monitoring his school work, grades and interactions with other peers was not evident.
