You will assume the role of a person who has been harmed as a victim of white-collar crime or a governmental official. You wish to develop a victim assistance program for other victims. To begin this process, research must be conducted to develop resources to be used in developing the proposal. Identifying a minimum of 5 scholarly and professional resources, you will develop an APA paper that consists of a proposal, backed up by your research findings, and a conclusion. An APA formatted title page, abstract, and a page for reference(s) are also required. Note, minimum pages for this assignment is 8, maximum is 10, This does not include title page, abstract, and reference(s) page.
