Instructions
Assessing your organization’s behavioral model will assist you as a leader in knowing what areas are strengths and what you need to address in order to improve. For this task you will create a PowerPoint presentation that could be presented to your organization. Please address the following in your presentation:
• Describe the behavioral style of your organization (per the Organizational Behavior Survey in the introduction)
• Comment on the behavioral category you would desire for your organization
• Address what you need to do as a leader to either maintain or change your organization’s behavioral style
• Describe the components of strong/healthy organizations.
Incorporate appropriate animations, transitions, and graphics as well as speaker notes for each slide. The speaker notes may be comprised of brief paragraphs or bulleted lists.
Support your presentation with at least five scholarly resources for each of the bullet points listed above. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources may be included.
Length: 12 – 15 slides (with a separate reference slide) Notes Length: 150-300 words for each slide
