We can work on Arts organization

Choose an arts organization that excites and inspires you! Build a profile of your selected organization that
draws from and synthesizes our topics in Arts Management over the course of the first half of the semester.
Your sections should include analysis of leadership and governance, mission-based programming, finance
and development, marketing and communications, and audience development and community
engagement.
Your profile should be 5-7 pages double-spaced (not including references) and demonstrate a thorough
depth and breadth of knowledge about your chosen organization. Upon reading your profile, I should have a
clear understanding of the various and functional departments of your organization and how they
collaboratively work to ensure overall success.
Your profile should include a brief examination of the foundational knowledge areas of arts management:
Leadership and Governance
Mission-Based Programming
Finance and Development (Fundraising activities)
Marketing and Communications
Audience Development and Community Engagement
Educational programs
Public programming (e.g. yoga, artist talks)
Outreach
Extra credit: I would strongly encourage you to visit and experience, if possible, the organization and its
programs and/or try reaching out to the organization for any questions you might have regarding their
operation! I will give 1 extra point for those of you who does either of the two (include a proof such as
screenshots and pictures in your assignment).
Here’s a sample paper that might help you get an idea of what the paper looks like: Sample paper_Midterm
Arts Organization Profile (1).pdf预览文档
*NOTE: This is by NO means a PERFECT paper. It is missing citations of Rosewall and Kaiser, and the
citations can be more up to MLA rules. However, it has a good structure and content that I am looking for in
this paper.
