1. My score was higher than I expected. I tend to be strong in the area of helping others, but my weakness is helping myself. I am able to help myself in the long run, which is why my score turned out higher than I first thought it would. When it comes to helping others, It is something I want to do and enjoy doing. I want to help as much as I can, therefore I always am willing to help. When it comes to myself, I tend to feel defeated most of the time and struggle with asking for help from others. In the end I can always find the answers myself, it may just take a while. When I do ask for help from others it is always refreshing which makes it get easier.

2. It was not easy for me to gain confidence in doing everyday things. Growing up, and even still today making friends is one thing I highly struggle with. I struggle with making new friends due to the fact that I struggle with talking to new people and opening up. When people make friends, their friendships come through connects they have with each other. However I was never able to share my connections growing up due to a lack of confidence. As I get older it gets easier to talk to others and offer a friendship. My past resilience has most definitely weakened and I am no longer as resilient. I have become more confidence in everyday things, however I do still struggle and am continuing to get through it.

3. Family along with friends have influenced my resilience a lot. Growing up I never left my moms side and let her do all the talking. When I made friends, I made no more than two and refused to branch out. As I got older I was no longer able to completely rely on my mom, and once high school came around I had no choice but to branch out. still, in high school I only let myself get close to two people. However I accomplished my goal of branching out and became friends with multiple people. My friends throughout high school were a lot like me with their resilience, and we all worked together with helping each other become less resilient.
