Scenario:

You have been asked to create a web app for Amazon that allows video chat between customer and customer service via computer webcam. The customer would like to have the project delivered in 6 months.

1. Create a Waterfall and Agile/SCRUM project utilizing the proper project management tools for each. For Waterfall include Incremental, Iterative, Iterative Emergent, or Adaptive life cycle. For Scrum demonstrate Knowledge, Product Backlog, User Stories, and Burn down Charts and how they are used.  (using the ProjectLibre software, http://www.projectlibre.org/)

3. Write a scholarly paper which includes the following:
   1. Compare and contrast Methodologies
   2. Compare and contrast Quality, Risk, and Change Management
   3. Compare and contrast Tools used to manage each, and how they support status updates and change.
   4. Evaluate which methodology is better suited to the project. Be sure to support your recommendation with examples and scholarly sources.
   5. Reflect on how comparing and evaluating both methodologies brought you through the “Challenged Thinker” phase of critical thinking towards positive growth?
   6. Discuss how biblical management principles and perspectives can effectively be integrated into the management of this project.
4. Use 5 scholarly resources in addition to both textbooks (at least 2 from textbooks), and apply APA formatting to the paper, citations, and reference.
