Water is really important and necessary in our daily living. It is mostly important for humans to survive. Water can be used in many ways. Water can be used in doing the dishes, laundry, taking showers, drinking and so on.
Water helps the human body to digest food, elimination of waste products in the body, respiration, and assimilation. Without water bodily function will not be possible. Water aids the human body in transporting, dissolving and regulating tissue cells, blood and secretions.
The human body consists primarily of water, and water is required daily to replenish and replace the water lost in respiration, elimination, urination, and perspiration. Water is an essential product because it hydrates the body by replacing lost fluids, and is also important for cells to diffuse through osmosis.
