There will be a question on Gutiérrez and his arguments. It will be a broad question that
addresses the entire book and also the history of Mexican immigration into the United States.
Importantly,  utilize the broader points made by Gutiérrez. Certainly be sure to sprinkle in some specifics to anchor your own arguments to evidence, but do not feel that you have to cover every single aspect of the book in order to write the essay.
