Imagine you are reading the newspaper and come across two articles about rapes in Miami. The two crimes are very similar, except that in one case, the victim was a young woman and in the other case, the victim was a young man. What differences are there in your thoughts about these two crimes and why? Why do you think society views these crimes differently? Should they be treated differently? Explain and support your views.
