My Topic: Use of Social Media in Market Research and Forecasting.

At the end of the program Master of Electronic Commerce, I must submit a research paper on a topic that interest me approximately 25 pages. And the research paper must be related to the electronic commerce (e-commerce) field.

A research paper must:
•    Start with an introduction that carefully articulates the problem or topic addressed in the paper.
•    Clearly state the research question and give evidence concerning why it is important.
•    Focus on a well-definied topic.
•    Contain a thorough literature survey that deeply explores the selected topic.

The literature survey:
•    Should be rooted in the academic literature (journals, conference proceedings) but may also include trade publications.
•    Is not a passive collection of data, but must reflect a critical assessment of the state of knowledge in the selected topic.
•    Show a demonstrated knowledge of the specifics of the literature and recent contributions to the body of the knowledge in the selected topic.
•    Include a critical analysus of the literature.
•    Be approximately 25 pages in length.
•    The research paper must make a contribution but is not expected to generate new data or theories. It must demonstrate serious critical thinking and a review of the literature. No public presentation is required.

Important Note:
• First Develop an Outline and send it to me.
• Use academic and scholarly references.
• Academic Level: Master of Electronic Commerce.
• 25 Pages (6875) excluding a cover page, outline, references, appendix etc…
• Format or citation style: APA
• Use academic references and provide a pdf file or links for the references that have been used in the paper.
