Final Research Paper (further referenced as “Paper”) is the most important outcome of MGMT691 Capstone Global Business Experience. A student should demonstrate the ability to benchmark major theoretical concepts of international business learned in the program against business practices in the country of destination. The Paper presents comparison of business practices in the U.S. and Canada.

Students are advised to complete the first part of the Paper prior to their departure to Canada
The second part presents a description of how the same aspect of international business is implemented in the country of destination (Canada). The second part is based on information received during business meetings in Montreal as well as student’s additional research.
Conclusion summaries major similarities and differences in implementation of selected aspect(s) of business in the U.S. and Canada.
The Paper must adhere to the APA style and format requirements.
